Front desk person was very kind. I called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation and when I arrived she remembered my voice. A nice personalized touch. Room was perfect. Breakfast was better than expected. Played billiards with my son next to the cool Eugene mural. I would definitely stay again.

When I checked in, the guy at the front desk was rude. The bathroom sinked backed up after turning the water on for 10 seconds and the person in the room above me walked like their feet were made of lead. The floors were paper thin, so I heard everything. For $500 per night, this was nothing short of an insult.

After a horrible experience at another hotel, we ended up booking a room at the Hilton—and it was the best decision we could have made. Even though we booked last-minute after a 15-hour drive from California to Oregon, the staff welcomed us with professionalism, kindness, and zero hassle. The moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long trip. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and clearly managed with care. We truly appreciated the reliability and quality the Hilton provided, especially when we needed it most. Spending a little extra was absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely choose the Hilton again on future trips.

When I initially checked into the hotel The first room I walked into smelled like smoke with the air conditioner on. I went to the lobby and exchanged my keys for a different room. The new room was a little better regarding the smell of smoke but the bed and bedding was awful. I pulled back the terribly worn comforter and sheets and it was like there was no mattress pad and it felt like there was just a sheet laying on top of the mattress. I felt so uncomfortable that I slept in my clothes and left the hotel as soon as there was daylight. When I checked in there were a sketchy group of people watching a football game in the lobby they looked as though they had just gone off the streets to watch the game and they did t look like college students. The bathroom had a wall attached soap dispenser and it was barely hanging on the wall and nobody had fixed it.

The room was not the size as presented during the booking. It was very cramped. The coffee that was available in the Lobby was terrible. It tasted like "old tires". Please ensure a better brand of coffee is utilized and that the "old coffee" is not mixed with a brand new "batch".
