A freshly updated three bedroom home nestled into the side of the south hills of Eugene. Surrounded by mature gorgeous plants and a wonderful view. this is a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The hiking trail of Spencer Butte and parts of the Ridgeline trail are just a few blocks away. Bus lines, grocery stores , and 2 restaurants are a easy walk from the front door. The University of Oregon, Hayward field and Autzen stadium are an easy drive but you will be well away from the commotion.

Great location and perfect for the volleyball tournament at the University of Oregon. The house was clean, safe, and very comfortable. It’s close to Safeway and located in a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even better. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Sister Visit

My brother, his wife, and I stayed here while visiting our oldest sister in a nearby retirement home. We spent our days with her, but it was a comfortable place to spend our mornings and evenings. It was very clean and well-supplied with everything we needed. Though we didn't use it, it has a nice back patio, too. It was close to downtown and easy to get to. The driveway is very steep but that really wasn't an issue for us even in our 70's. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Family of 4, we came down from Portland for the Eugene Marathon weekend. Chose this place seeking some place reasonably priced, and reasonably close-ish to Hayward Field.

Nice Location, Decent Property

Decent property, convenient location. Owner was very responsive. Feels like it needs a little updating. Also, a few issues, including running out of hot water too quickly, inability to use the hairdryer because the breaker kept tripping, dirty sponges in the sink and cigarette ashes in the garbage.

Nice Clean House, Safe and Quiet Neighborhood

I rented it for 4 adults. Due to a mix-up I ended up staying there alone. Felt safe and comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to work the TV, but only spent 5 minutes trying. Has 2 Queen beds, 1 King bed, 2 sofas.

Everything was very good. The only suggestion was to have a more 'non-skid ' bathmat in the tub. We really liked the Keurig coffee and the pears in the back yard..! We hope Juan liked us and would be willing to accept us as clients in the future... The location was ideal with respect to our children's house. Thanks You!

Pleasant stay

Cute neighborhood in the South Hills, not far from downtown Eugene. Comfortable and clean. Yard and furnishings could use a little TLC but very functional overall.
