Staff was friendly and efficient. Just told us where the room was and how to get there. Didn’t go out of the way to tell us where the amenities were but they were easy enough to find. The room was spacious and looked really nice. We ate at the restaurant there. The food was not great. I got the brisket and over half of it was pure fat and the corn was mushy. Best Mac ‘n’cheese I’ve had. We also heard the person in the room above us walking all night long. So the sound insulation between floors is not good. It felt overpriced for the quality.

Stayed at Casino Hotel for New Year’s Eve. The room was nice spacious and clean as always. Had dinner at Sushi blue, service was fast a food was good. Enjoyed the band and dancing in the wave lounge. The bar service is fast, but if your gambling and want service don’t expect someone to come by you will have to leave your machine to get a drink.

Room was large, beds and pillows were very comfortable, loved the high pressure showerhead. We stayed in the 1st floor near the lobby. My husband said he could hear people all night walking around being loud but I slept very well. We were close to the casino, loved that the smoking side was completely sealed and could go out the non-smoking area and not smell it. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here once before while visiting the redwoods. This hotel is very clean and in very good condition. Everything works as it should. It’s very quiet. I was skeptical about dining in the onsite restaurant since it had a low online rating, but we were pleasantly surprised! The food was good and the service excellent. There is not much in this area, but if you are looking for a clean and nice overnight while traveling, this is great. The staff here is also very nice! We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise from our east facing room!
