We arrived during bad weather. The clerk was friendly, but unloading and getting our luggage to our room was not accomodating and very much an inconvenience. No access from lobby to rooms. The rack to assist in easy transfer of luggage required us to walk a long distance to retrieve it from another location. We were tired, cold and wet. Thankfully, once we got into our room it was great. The beds were very comfortable.

We had to shorten our stay to the redwoods due to this terrible hotel. First off, the bed was horrid! Lumpy and no support. Our backs and sides were in so much pain after one night. Tub would not drain, gross! They couldn’t even replace the small metal towel holder, left it broken and put towels on top of toilet. Shower curtain has 3 holes and looked like it had cars that crawled all over it, also like they never replaced it from the 60’s. Hairspray all over the door, does anyone clean?!? Sink wash super slow to drain. The couch was stained and lumpy, including the pillows. 3rd day we bailed it was so bad.
