This home is located in the alley off R street. The yellow garage on the corner of Glatt and R Street and the alley have signs pointing down the alley with the Sequoia Cottage and Glatt St address.
-Trash and recycling are located right inside the entrance gate. PLEASE separate trash and recycling. All trash must be bagged and all recycling needs to be cleaned. Only recycle glass, aluminum, and hard plastics. No paper towels, paper plates, food waste, etc.
-Alley is for loading and unloading only. Please park on street. Paralell parking in front of the yellow garage is ON THE STREET is ok.
-Hide a bed sheets and blankets are located in the fabric hamper under the stairs.
-EV charging is from 11pm to 8am. $20/nt fee. You can leave your car plugged in, but charging will not activate until 11pm. If you need extra charging, the nearest location is The Bayshore Mall.
