New to the short-term rental market, the Redwood Cottage is a two bedroom, one bath home that features end of the road privacy and serenity on 2 1/2 forested acres just 5 minutes from Eureka. The property was completely renovated during the summer of 2026 and has been outfitted with cushy recliners and soft new beds to ensure that you are always comfortable. An open airy feeling flows throughout the home from the lofted ceilings in the Kitchen, Dining area, and Living Room. An expansive South facing deck area includes seating and outdoor dining options as well as a gas barbeque.

Downstairs you will find a garage to keep your ride clean and dry, as well as a washer and dryer. The oversize Master Bedroom features a queen bed, large closet, and bedroom dresser as well as bedside nightstands. The second bedroom hosts two twin beds with nightstands and a chest.

The living room has a recliner loveseat, two recliner chairs, an office desk, and a Brass Flame woodstove to add the feel of wood heat on cool autumn evenings. You can keep in touch with the outside world with the highspeed WI-FI, or the 50" TV with full cable capability, or simply connect your streaming service.

The Kitchen features stainless appliances, and has been extensively outfitted with a wide array of preparation utensils and serving pieces to enhance your dining experience. We also stock the kitchen with basic cooking ingredients, spices, and coffee for your convenience. Dining takes place in the adjacent sunny alcove on the South side of the Cottage.
