Arrived at the hotel around 6 pm and went in the the smell was overwhelming. i had to take the towles back to the office because they looked like shop towels. Went and had dinner and played at the casino for hours. Came back around 1 am. to get ready for bed shower had no hot water or sink, contacted the office, and he said to wait, and he will check. I called back in 15 min still no hot water. I wasnt happyhe wanted to come to the roo. And troubleshooting the problem. My husband was sleeping, so i told him we could address it in the morning. Woke up around 8 a.m., husband said there was still no hot water. I called the office and was told very rudely that she knew there was a problem because i wouldn't let maintenance in at 2am.. she continued to make excuses. I was done with no shower, had traveled a long ways and just told her to cancel the rest of my stay.. please be aware that room 128 has no hot water. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
