The sheets in the first room weren't clean. You could see the stains of the dirty person's who had slept in the beds. They did give us another room that was clean.

no one is there to check you in after hours they said ring the bell and I rang it 20x no one came out until I knocked on the side door. There was crumbs and hair under the blankets the shower mat was very old the shower was shooting water from the faucet chairs in room were very old and dirty. Very dusty. People in other rooms appeared to live there and were very loud.

I travel often around this area in California and I’ve tried different places. Westward inn in Crescent City is my number one choice so far. It’s clean, quiet, beds are comfortable, staff is polite.

There is no Marriott in Crescent city so I chose this hotel due to recommendation from Expedia as "excellent". Comfortable bed and pillows. All side tables and table are worn out with scratches. TV and coffee maker works. Phone in the room has no service and Internet not working. Easy check in and the front desk lady was very nice.

Second stay, The older motel has been revamped and looks and smells clean when walked in. Mattress was comfortable. The place definitely great for price. What was not great: poor quality towels and flat pillows. No fan or didn’t work in bathroom. Considering price will stay there every time.
