Fresh Spin celebrates the vintage vibe of the motor hotels popular in the 1950s. Close to Downtown Eureka Springs, has parking, and is family and pet friendly! Perfect for easily getting to all the attractions of Eureka Springs, biking, hiking, shopping, dining, lakes and rivers. This retreat features two smart TVs with streaming services, an apartment-size fridge, a microwave, toaster oven, Kitchen sink, a coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker, a tea kettle, and a cozy living area.

Originally built sometime in the 1950s as one of six motor hotel cottages. Fresh Spin was previously the home of our local internet radio station KFresh! The other cottages now house small businesses including a professional massage and wellness center, private counseling service, salon, and other vacation rentals

Pets accepted. Pet Friendly – $50/pet/stay (2 pets maximum/60 lbs or less) Must be crated or kenneled if left unattended and must be on a current veterinarian approved flea & tick treatment. Unauthorized Pets will result in a charge of $150 plus the required pet fee.

Fresh Spin is located on Highway 62 with two parking spaces. You are just a few minutes from Downtown Eureka Springs and restaurants and nightlife. You are between the Leatherwood Mountain Bike Trails and the Passion Play Trails. There is ample room in the cottage to lock your bikes up.

Table Rock Lake Public Access and Holiday Island Marina is 8 miles

Beaver Lake and Starkey Marina is 15 miles

Downtown Eureka Springs 1 mile

Bentonville, AR 40 miles

Other Things to Note:

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
