Barn Rose is a vintage barn reborn! A wall of glass embraces the outside vista of mountain peaks and valley. The trellis'ed deck, heavy laden with grape vine and wisteria, offer a shaded viewing spot in your porch swing, above the tree tops. On the glass wall, the waterfall jacuzzi (** NO OUTDOOR HOT-TUB ON PROPERTY **) is enhanced by the serene setting. You'll want to stay til' the cows come home...

Hike off the point, down to the old Bench Road, and in the springtime, discover one of the natural springs trickling down the hillside.
Climb the moss covered cliffs that line the path and explore a small cliff dwelling.

In the mist of morning - catch the white tail deer grazing the countryside, squirrels busily scampering, and the birds chattering. It's doubtful you'll see the elusive wild turkey, but you'll enjoy their early morning sounds. Our fox family, dens nearby and can be seen midday frolicking in the meadow. Meander through the meadows where the gentle breezes stir the wind chimes.

This was a great place for my husband and I to get away for the weekend. It was peaceful and had a great view from the deck. Going up and down the steps to the door was the only thing I wasn't fond of, but I also have a bad ankle. I would stay here again though.

My husband and I had the reset and reconnect that we needed and this was definitely the place!! Simple, cozy, quiet and peaceful. Close enough to town if you want to enjoy all the amenities and far enough away to relax in peace and quiet. The view of the stars is enchanting from the balcony. The pamphlets were helpful, especially the handwritten one in a folder from Bonny. Helpful and thoughtful. We just had a beautiful stay. Thank you

Gorgeous setting! So quiet! We loved walking around on the property. The old road walk was amazing! We really enjoyed the balcony and jetted bath (not a hot tub as listed, but we liked that better).FYI, it's listed as a 1 bedroom cabin, but it's actually a studio loft up two short flights of stairs. Also, the refrigerator is a little mini-frig with no freezer, so if you want ice, bring your own in a cooler. The host was gracious to store our cold packs over the weekend in their freezer. There are several other accomodations on the property we hope to check out next time we're coming to the area. We highly recommend eating at Bombadill's, just a short 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk.

The location is quaint and peaceful. We found the property supplied everything to meet our needs. My only suggestion would be to exterminate the spiders. We killed six spiders during our first evening and saw a few more the second day. This is not a big deterrent and we would stay at this location again!

You pay for the location!

Beautiful location. Very Peaceful.Little cabin is very basic and small. Could be more comfortable. Kitchen is not equipped for cooking except for very basic meals. No cushions for the outdoor seating on the balcony so not very comfortable as you really only want to rent it for the view and quiet. Also no wifi, but hot spotting works.

Everything we needed

It was what we were looking for, a secluded place to get away, with Eureka Springs just around the corner. It was a bit dated inside and could use a few more kitchen utensils to earn 5 stars. Having said that, it provided a super easy stay for us, and we were comfortable while there. We'd go again and maybe try another cabin on the property.
