This place was disappointing. I knew it wasn’t a chain but did not expect a marijuana dispensary in the lobby. The pool was ok but the common areas were shopworn. Marked up walls and doors. Bathroom was fine, as were fridge and tv. Relatively sketchy as is Eureka Springs in general.

Pleasant stay

Wonderful stay right in the middle of Eureka Springs, one of the cleanest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and our housekeeper Vilma did a wonderful job. Highly recommend Osage Creek Lodge.

Clean and comfortable, great staff

Didn’t seem like much on the outside but the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly at check in. GREAT pool area, lots of families planing games too. Super cute. Safe. Outdated bedding but clean.same for bathroom. Great mattress. Good value.

Very convenient location. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. But lots of flies at the property. They said they have sprayed around the property in the morning, but still lots of flies were around. 3 of those flies flew into our room and we had a long night fight against them. We borrowed the fly swatter from the front desk, and we fought with the 3 flies until 1am.

Comfortable and Quiet

Great location and Friendly staff. The room is your standard hotel room, nothing too fancy. Beds were clean and comfy. It fit my 3 kids and I comfortably. The shower and toilet room was a bit smaller than what we've had in the past, but overall, it wasnt bad. The pool was the perfect temperature (heated) and went to 8 feet! The hot tub looked pretty nice and sits inside a gazebo room. They also had a couple of yard games (corn hold and connect 4) in the yard by the pool. It was the perfect place for us to stay and wind down after a very long drive. I would gladly stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay but the rates kept going up. They are ripping the tourists off. My first week was 588 the second was 675 and if I would have stayed another week it was going to be 802. I have travelled all over the United States and this has never happened before.

Adjoining room door stuck

Our adjoining room would not open!! The front desk clerk went above and beyond when she couldn’t get maintenance to come fix it. She came armed with pliers and got that door open! Kudos to her! She understood how important it was to us!

This was the cleanest motel room we have ever stayed in. Housekeeping was excellent at keeping towels supplied. The bed was comfortable. If you have walking problems ask for a first floor room as it is stairs only. The other building with inside rooms may have an elevator. Nice pool. I did not use exercise room. Would recommend but keep in mind there is a lot of traffic noise during motorcycle weekends.
