Very easy check in and out process. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The location is great. It is just a short drive to downtown. The water pressure was amazing! Overall a very pleasant stay!

Not Terrible but not great!
First off I couldn't get in the door. Felt like I had to break in to open the door. Secondly there was a stain on one of the beds blankets. Not to mention the bed are hard as a rock and pillows were uncomfortable. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep. It was fairly clean but you can tell there's a lack of attention to detail when it comes to dusting. The toilet seat wasn't tight at all and was moving all around. I fixed it myself so we would not fall off the toilet. All and all it wasn't terrible but wasn't great. Unfortunately I probably will not stay there again. The price wasn't bad at all. Just a few minutes away from downtown and it was quite. It they would just fix a few things, it would have been so much better. Namely the door. Kinda a big deal when you can't get your door open. It's the first time, out of hundreds of rooms I rented that I had tremendous problem just trying to enter the room.

The hotel was adequate for what we were looking for. The area that I feel needs attention is the check in. We arrived about 2-1/2 hours ahead of the 3:00 pm check time. I asked the clerk if it was possible to check in early, as I have done this at numerous other hotels over the years with no problem. The clerk stated that we could not check in that early but could check in at 2:00 if we paid an extra $20 which we declined. Maybe this is something new but I have never before experienced a fee to check in early. We went ahead and stayed the night but it has made it so that we won’t stay there again.
