This custom home has a very open floor plan. Beautiful knotted hickory wooden floors greet you on the bottom floor. Appliances are stainless steel refrigerator, oven gas stove, coffee maker, coffee grinder, ninja, toaster oven are all at your fingertips. All rooms are tastefully decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked with dish ware, silverware, wine glasses, beer mugs, and coffee cups. There are granite counters in kitchen and all full baths. We have an abundance of masters art work displayed throughout our home. The four beds are very comfortable and all have high thread count sheets and comforters. There are 2 king bedrooms with their own bath. Two Queen bedrooms share a large bath. There is also another downstairs half bath. We have a more than ample surplus of lush towels. We want you to want to come back every year! There is ample closet space. We have a large water heater. No one runs out of hot water. The outdoor area has a gas grill, gas fireplace, and a table to seat six. Our home is located about 2 miles from Champions Retreat. This is where the ladies LPGA was held last year. We are located in the beautiful and upscale subdivision of Riverwood. There are many stores here such as grocery, liquor, gas, and many dining options. We have rented for several years.
