Person at front desk very unpleasant, Bed warped and uncomfortable, room smells of disinfectant and mildew, could not find any mildew. Room we were in needs lots of repairs, breakfast area not the cleanest, very small, again personal very unpleasant not very friendly, no good morning, how’s your stay, nothing. Just ignored

Property is old and in need of renovation. Carpet and chairs in room severely stained. Refrigerator did not work.

Property was of the basic nature. Fine for a one night stay. Neighbors in next room had their television turned extremely high. And someone was frying onions in the middle of the night. Putting a non smoking room right next to a smoking room makes no sense. Staff were merely going through the motions.
