When I arrived, the clerk didn’t say “hi,” but just asked if I had any pets. Then next morning, two individuals from “housekeeping” knocked on my door at 9:27 AM, apropos nothing, to ask if I was checking out. I have never dealt with staff this unwelcoming for such an old, outdated, dirty, small pillow, stained carpet, blurry tv, dingy hotel.

The staff was very accommodating, we asked for a ground floor room and they obliged. They also have luggage carts available and it made moving the luggage from the car to the room SO much easier. The breakfast was your average assortment and the coffee was GREAT.

Can it get any worse

The room was filthy. The bed was so bad O feel off of it when I sat down. The shower was unclean. The clerk kept insisting that O had a pet and I did not. The floors were uneven I thought I was going t fall through

Arrived a bit early, 1p, check in at 3. Walked into the lobby, completely dark. Asked about early check in and was given a very short response. When I inquired further to push the rude response, I was told the room wasn't clean. I had a non refundable reservation as we had made it on the road a few hours early. ( with the opening intro I would have canceled had I had the option) We were told we could use the pool prior to check in. We grabbed lunch and returned about 2pm. Upon getting in the hot tub, I noticed broken glass on the pool deck. I spent the next 20 scouring the deck picking up shards of glass. It was spread over half of the pool deck. I have no doubt some was in the water. Upon checking in, not with the same clerk, I notified her of the glass and showed her the handful I picked up. The first response was telling me where the garbage can was, followed by saying they had not been notified of the glass. No offer of compensation, no apology. Additionally upon entering the front door of the hotel there was a broken window. There was trashed stacked up next to the vending and ice machine on the second floor. That trash was still there the next morning when we left. I was told there cwould be breskfast starting at 6am. We left the hotel a couple of minutes to 6 and nothing appeared to be getting set up.. I wouldn't have eaten there anyway. Overall it was a crummy place, clearly management and the employees are uninspired.

The beds were ok and I slept good. I booked a king room for 3 travelers that pictured a sofa bed but the room didn’t have a sofa bed so we had to get switched to 2 queens. The lady at the counter was an ass about it. The pool was nice and the hot tub works but the whole property is in desperate need of a renovation.

Would stay here again.

Check in was slow but not bad. Room was large and we felt bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nothing to speak about no fruit or juices or bacon or sausage. We had a self cooked waffle and milk for breakfast. Checked in for two days yet key was only keyed for 1 day instead on two days. Not that big of deal except no clerk at desk for over 10 minutes. It was a convenient location for getting to Wyoming Downs and places to eat.

Customer service was very rude to me. Acted like i was bothering them. When.we checked in i asked what time the pool closed and he was very short with me and said it was closed. The following morning i took my son to the pool. Hours are 6 to 11, we showed up at 8. I tried using my card it woulded word, i went to the counter and asked for help he sighed and spoke to the person next to him with irration in another language and sighed again. He unlicked the doors andd let us in. I was treated this was anytime i delt with them, but if my husband delt with them it was 180. I do not appreciate that. I have no desire to go back and be treated with such distain and disrespect. Im respectful and kind of others customs, but your in America now. You need to treat wemon with respect as well. Thank you
