The porch concrete was in bad shape. The blinds were broken. The windowsills were in dire need of paint.

Great location

We enjoyed the location but I couldn’t find the laundry, the upstairs neighbors are extremely loud, and there were hardly any dishes in the kitchen. Luckily there were lots of places to go nearby and the living spaces were clean.
