2 bedroom/1 bath home with an office space less than a block away from Providence Hospital. Fully fenced backyard with ample parking space in the alley. Street parking available but need a permit from the city. Stainless steel appliances, queen sized beds, washer and dryer in the home. We are pet friendly. Walking distance to the Everett Marina.
