Ocean View Dream house

Spacious two story villa right on the sandy beach with warm turquoise waves. Diamond Head, Ocean, City Lights, Mountains, Sunrise, and Sunset views. Great for families !!

The location provides some of the best beginning surfing on Oahu. Fish, soak up the sun, or have a picnic on one of the two lanais while you watch the beach goers or waves pounding the shore. Walk minutes to the local shops and restaurants.

Please pay attention to the following information and rules:

1) The house features gourmet kitchen with rich cabinetry, granite counters, travertine flooring, luxurious well-appointed bathrooms, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. American Made (North Carolina), top of the line, heirloom furniture throughout, reserved for multi-million dollar homes – this is not rental furniture but our personal furniture. We live in this home throughout the year and rent it only to a few families a year, when we go on vacation or business that takes us away from Hawaii. So please check with us for flexibility in our dates that match yours.

2) We are not a hotel, so please do not expect to find some of the amenities which are often provided in the hotels (such as pens, notebooks, cable TV etc). If you have any specific requests then please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

3) We provide the high-speed internet (400Mbs). Every room has the brand new smart TV. Some TVs are equipped with antennas which give up to 40 digital local channels. Sorry, but we don't have the cable TV, but you can use Roku or other streaming services.

4) We can provide the surfboards and tennis table on demand.

5) We do not provide any food/snacks. We provide all necessary supplies (like shampoos, toilet paper etc) to make guests comfortable during their first few days on property.

6) No cleaning is provided during the guests stay. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean. We can provide the contacts of our cleaners if necessary.

7) For the extra security, the property is equipped with the 24/7 outdoor security cameras.

8) All Hawaii beaches are owned by the State of Hawaii and are always open to the public. Hawaii does not have private beaches - they are ALL public! Keep in mind when you visit some beach-goers may be enjoying the beach and ocean.

9) PLEASE NOTE: This beach home is NOT located in a TOURIST area. “Locals” live in the other homes for a couple generations. The Locals are very family oriented and extremely friendly. Crime in the Ewa Beach area is lower than most other Hawaiian towns and cities, in fact our little community "rarely" sees theft. However, there is no guarantee that crimes will not take place in the future. It is recommended that you stay vigilant and aware of your surroundings at all times while in Hawaii as tourists can be specifically targeted by thieves. While at the beach house ensure all personal items and Beach House items are kept secure and under your watchful eyes. Ensure items are not left in the yard or on the beach unattended.

10) IMPORTANT: If your intent is to have a party, event, reunion, get together with outside guests - our beach home is NOT available to you for this purpose. Our contract specifically prohibits these types of activities and the manager (located only 1 mile away) will require you to vacate the premises should these types of activities be conducted in our home. Our beach house is intended for families who want to collect fond memories enjoying the beach outside our doors with your family members - during those times we allow families to stay when we go on vacation or on a business trip. Our beach house does not operate as transient quarters and to operate within the Honolulu laws, we can only allow one rental per 30 day period. 11) IMPORTANT: The property has some sporting equipment (such as spinning bike, climbing fingerboard etc). Guests are welcome to use all amenities, however please keep in mind that we do not hold any responsibility for any accidents taking place on the property (including accidents as a result of sporting activities which include the provided equipment), or in any adjacent areas (including the beach).
