Set amid 10½-acre grounds, complete with outdoor heated swimming pool, games room with pool table and darts, children’s play area, these six holiday properties (26767, 26768, 27123, UKC284, UKC285 and UKC1844) occupy a beautiful setting. Named after British apples, they have been imaginatively converted from former fruit barns. On arrival, dive into the welcome pack.

All the properties at Horselake have a private garden or courtyard, whilst enjoying the freedom to roam the grounds and make the most of the shared facilities. Ideal for exploring South Devon with its stunning coastline, and resorts such as Dawlish and Teignmouth. Rugged Dartmoor is only a short drive, and many family attractions are within easy reach including National Trust-owned Castle Drogo, Fingle Bridge, the Teign Gorge, and Canonteign Falls and Country Park. The properties are within 10 miles of the old cathedral city of Exeter, with its many varied attractions including a racecourse, shopping, antique shops, guided tours and a host of summer festivals. Fishing on the River Teign, 3 miles. Golf 4 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant within 1 mile.

We had a great time at Bramley cottage from the moment we arrived until we left Sheila the owner was Very friendly and helpful and talked us through everything when we arrived cottage was spotless and very well equipped huge kitchen with 3 ensuite bathrooms Lovely welcome pack can't wait to go back next year

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. All the beds were comfortable. The new kitchen diner had everything we needed. Our girls enjoyed the games room, the swimming pool, the Wi-fi, the large screen TV and the blue ray player. Sheila the owner was very friendly and helpful with ideas of places to visit. The garden was enclosed and very dog friendly. The apple orchard was good for dog walks and all the apples we could eat. We will be back next year. We have stayed at this cottage for many years now and have always enjoyed being there.

We have stayed at this cottage for many years now and have always enjoyed being there. The kitchen has always been on the small side as well as the fridge/freezer but not any more! This cottage has had a huge kitchen extension added to it and it is fantastic. Modern appliances, including a brilliant American-style fridge/freezer, a breakfast bar and a dining area now make this an outstanding cottage for a family holiday. Other upgrades include new pumped showers and new white doors on the upstairs bedrooms, which give the cottage a lighter look and new and very comfortable beds in the twin room. The old kitchen has been converted to a utility room with its own washing machine too. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this cottage. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
