- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events - Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property - We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home - Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm - It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply.
We regularly stay in Topsham. This stay provide parking which is hard to get in Topsham . Having a separate WC as well as a bathroom was a bonus for a party of five. The house was light and comfortable. Also very close to the harbour and eating places.
We loved the property (very comfortable and clean) and the location is excellent, great access for Fore Street and Ferry Road.The parking area is very tight (as described in property details) to share with two neighbours...lucky for us there was only one neighbour in residence...unlucky for us there was building work taking place on the empty property which was quite noisy first thing in the morning.Other than that this would be a full 5 star rating!
