Das Ferienhaus erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen und überzeugt durch eine durchdachte Raumaufteilung.

Drei separate Schlafzimmer bieten erholsame Rückzugsorte. Der helle Wohnraum mit offener Küche, Essbereich, Kaminofen und großem Smart-TV lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein. Die Sitzlandschaft kann zusätzlich als Schlafgelegenheit genutzt werden. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, ergänzt durch Flur und Abstellraum. WLAN ist vorhanden.

Der Kaminofen beheizt das gesamte Haus, Brennholz und Anzünder sind vorhanden. Zusätzlich sorgen Elektro-Heizungen und E-Fußbodenheizungen für angenehme Wärme.

Wander- und Spazierwege starten direkt ab Ferienpark. Der kostenlose 4.000 m² Activity-Park bietet unter anderem Fußball, Kicker, Tischtennis, Volleyball, XXL-Trampolin, Sandkasten, Schach, große Maltafel u. Grillplatz. Die Region eignet sich ideal zum Radfahren und Mountainbiken. E-Bikes (5 Stück, gegen Gebühr) und ein Fahrradverleih sind vor Ort verfügbar. Beliebte Ausflugsziele sind Hameln, Minden, Bückeburg, Bad Pyrmont und Hannover.
