Ideally located on the heights of the charming village of EYRAGUES, 1km from the city center, near Saint Rémy de Provence, this pretty independent cottage (house) for 2 people in duplex, is rated 4 stars.
Another gîte (4 people) and the owners' house are on the same site.
You can park in the closed parking lot (electric gate).

You will enjoy the fenced swimming pool to share (10mx5m, with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.75m and a small 0.30cm bath in the novel), as well as the 100m2 terrace that surrounds it. Convivial thanks to its raised coping, allowing you to sit as close as possible to the bathers and to share a refreshment. Pool games and an aquabike are available with regulated access.

You can relax in peace, in an environment of greenery and flowery gardens or enjoy the views, to the west on the Montagnette and its sunsets and to the north, a view of the Palais des Papes in Avignon.

A cosy and very quiet environment will await you after a day of visits in the famous golden triangle of Provence: from the north of Avignon to the Camargue, via the Alpilles with the must-see sites of Eygalières, Mouriès, Les Baux de Provence, Fontvieille, Arles, Isle sur la Sorgue, La Fontaine du Vaucluse, Roussillon, Gordes.
Access to the cottage via the private terrace of 13.5 m² with its garden furniture, shaded by a remote-controlled electric blind.

On the first floor: well-appointed living room of 26 m², with equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hob, convection oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, blender, pressure cooker, raclette machine on request, 8-cup coffee maker and espresso coffee maker with pods), dining area for 2 people and retractable table fixed to the additional wall. Small laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and cleaning utensils. Living room with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV (satellite channels), hi-fi, DVD player, fiber internet (Wifi and Ethernet cable).

Bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, WC.
Upstairs on the mezzanine (high ceilings): sleeping area with 1 double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe and Ethernet socket.

Reversible air conditioning and electric heating (included). Sheets and towels offered. Pool towels for rent on request (5€). High chair, cot, bathtub and bottle warmer on request.

Between the 2 cottages, there is a living room shared by the 2 cottages, shaded by a pergola with sofa, armchairs and coffee table as well as a masonry barbecue.

Direct access from the rear of the property to a walking path along the Canal des Alpines allowing you to reach, to the north the town of Chateaurenard (6km) and to the south the town of Saint Rémy de Provence (6km) through the countryside with alternating sunny and shaded areas.
Possibility of accompanying for hikes in the Alpilles massif.

There is a badminton or volleyball court at your disposal. The corresponding equipment is freely accessible.
Presence of a petanque court under a large oak tree with a basin, a table and garden chairs: 6 pairs of petanque balls are at your disposal.
Presence of an Aquabike, with regulated access but free for aquatic exercises.
A Green'up reinforced electrical outlet for electric vehicles has been installed in our parking lot enclosed by an electric gate: consumption will be billed on an actual basis thanks to a meter that meets MID standards.
