Chez le Charpentier, comme nous appelons ce gîte, fait partie de l'aile latérale de la maison des propriétaires. Il a son propre jardin clos avec terrasse ,pergola et plancha. Vous pourrez également vous ballader dans le grand parc de plus de 1hectare et vous croiserez peut-être les vacanciers des 2 autres gîtes(2×4 personnes) de la propriété.
Entrez par la porte fenêtre de la pièce principale de cette jolie propriété avec son coin salon, sa cheminée pour l'hiver et un coin repas, au fond se trouve la cuisine bien équipée. Le chauffage se fait par poêle à bois (bois fourni) et chauffage au sol selon la saison. A l'étage, il y a deux chambres (chacune de 11 à 12 m²), avec chacune un grand lit double. Il y a des matelas confortables et un bon rangement pour les vêtements. La salle de bain est également à l'étage. Elle est équipée d'une douche, d'un meuble vasque et d'un WC.
