The Space:

Ezy House 1 by Tiny Away is located at Ezylake Resort in the small town of Ézy-sur-Eure, Eure department in the Normandy region in northern France, just 80km away from the centre of Paris.



This charming tiny house France is perfectly situated near captivating attractions such as Chateau d'Anet and the scenic Parc Naturel Régional du Vexin Français (French Vexin Regional Natural Park), along with dining options like Les Etoiles de Chine and Le BLACK BIRD.



If you're up for a scenic drive, Versailles awaits just 54 minutes away. Take a moment to explore the majestic Château de Versailles, an epitome of grandeur and historical significance. Uncover the tranquil allure of Le Grand Trianon, conceived as King Louis XIV's private retreat, and wander through the idyllic landscapes of Hameau de la Reine, known affectionately as the Queen's Hamlet.



Our tiny house at Ezylake Resort sits between two beautiful lakes, where you can enjoy water sports hosted by the owner and relax in a peaceful natural setting.



This comfortable 252-square-foot space offers easy access to split air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).



Guest Access:

Guests will stay in a tiny house by the Ezylake Resort and have access to its surrounding areas. The resort features five lakes, a wakeboarding 2.0 cable, a clubhouse, a game room, a gym, a food kiosk, and more.





Pre-booked activities



- Ringo rides are at an extra cost of 20 euros per person 

- Waterskiing is at an extra cost of 45 euros for beginners

- Wakeboarding is at an extra cost of 45 euros for beginners

- We also have 3 bikes to rent for 20 euros per day



The Neighborhood:

Ezy House 1 by Tiny Away is a lovely tiny house situated in the small town of Ézy-sur-Eure, Eure, just 80km away from the centre of Paris. It's a thriving town thanks to its many associations, festivals, gyms, media library, skate park, botanical course, and greenway.



The Ponds Park gives you wide green space with two calm ponds that work well for walks, small meet-ups, and simple picnics.

Château d’Anet offers a striking look at a 14th-century mansion linked to Diane de Poitiers and Henry II of France.

Parc Naturel Régional du Vexin Français provides forests, open meadows, rolling hills, and marsh areas that suit long hikes and cycling trips.



Versailles sits about fifty-four minutes away and offers several iconic sites. The Château de Versailles presents grand architecture and sweeping gardens that reflect royal life. Le Grand Trianon gives you a quieter retreat built for Louis XIV. The Queen’s Hamlet shows a village-style escape created for Marie Antoinette.

By car:

- Orly Airport is 1.15h drive away



By public transport: From Paris Gare Saint Lazare take a train to Bueil the closes train station which is a 10 minutes drive.



Other Things to Note:

- Pets are not allowed

- We have a coffee machine available

- All mobile reception has rather weak signal

- No smoking allowed on the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
