Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus, das von den Besitzern und der Hausdame toll gepflegt und in Ordnung gehalten wird. Für 7 Personen großzügiger Platz in und um das Haus vorhanden; keine Probleme beim Parken der Autos und dem Abstellen des Bootanhängers; sehr ruhige Lage. Bootshafen mit Slip-Anlage fußläufig zu erreichen; tägliche Einkäufe (Bäckerei, Edeka, Getränkemarkt) auch ohne Auto möglich.
