This cozy 1 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Fairbanks just minutes from Creamer's Field and it’s hiking trails, as well as dining and multiple shopping centers. It’s a bright and comfortable space with all the amenities you’ll need!

The bedroom has a gel memory foam queen bed, for a cloud-like sleeping experience. A full size dresser, night stand, and spacious closet. The LED projector light bar is a sure way to experience your own Aurora Borealis. Its settings also allow for water, fire, and earth inspired by lavender fields in Provence.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and several extra appliances and coffee is included.

Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, side tables. Smart TV is equipped with several streaming services and wifi is included. Lots of small personal amenities that will make you feel right at home.

Park in dedicated spot off street, + additional parking available street side (snow permitting). Keypad entry on front door, security camera on property, entire apartment is yours!
