Good base camp location
Cute and efficient log cabin was perfect for a late winter visit to Fairbanks with a goal of viewing the Northern Lights. We did get to see the Lights on the first night of our stay, so mission accomplished! The cabin was an excellent base camp for visiting Aurora Pointe and Chena Hot Springs. The bed was great. Also, we couldn't imagine why the cabin needs white noise machines -- it was super quiet at all times. Maybe the foot of snow as well as fresh falling snow muffled any sound.
