Enjoy a fully renovated one-bedroom condo with amazing mountain views from the patio. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place including hiking, swimming, skiing, hot springs, and the lakes. There is new furniture throughout, a kitchen, and laundry appliances too. The main bedroom has a new king-size bed and a closet beside the queen-size sofa bed in the main area. Other amenities include a living room air conditioner, fireplace, TV, BBQ grill, and balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a snack or your favorite meal. There are all the large appliances you expect in a family kitchen, plus we supply cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. Near the kitchen area is a new four-seater dining table.

The relaxing lounge area has lovely views across the resort over to the mountain range. There is a large wall-mounted Samsung TV with apps that you can log into. There is also a fireplace, perfect for those cooler nights. The new sofa bed is ideal for extra guests.

The new king bed will be dressed in hotel-quality linens. In the bedroom, there is a good-sized closet for you to use.

The bathroom has a nice bath-tub combo and we leave a supply of SoCo Soaps body wash/shampoo. Hotel-quality towels are also supplied.

From the lounge area, you have access to a private deck with a bistro set. The views are quite wonderful from here.

Quiet unit with great view
Unit is as described - very clean and fully refurbished with modern finishings. All amenities as described. Quiet area. Very easy to get to. Central location for adventures in the area. A couple notes that may be useful to others: Did not notice that a hair dryer was not listed in the amenities … and didn’t bring one. So bring a hair dryer! The smart tv is a Roku. As we don’t have subscriptions to any streaming services it wasn’t very useful to us and there was no access to live tv or the internet so unable to watch NHL playoff games in the evening. Hubby wasn’t happy. We’ve used Roku tvs in other rentals and had live tv access. Would have been good to know this one ONLY has streaming apps, as I’d have brought my laptop. Just those couple items that would make the experience much better.

The building was very quiet. We never heard anyone below, above or next door. It was newly remodeled and very clean. Cecelia was very accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Excellent stay
The condo was beautifully renovated. One of the nicer units we've stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked, included everything we needed from local coffee beans and grinder to a basic assortment of condiments, spices and everything you would expect. The bedroom came with extra sheets, blankets and pillows. There were several nice touches throughout such as Fernie Soap Company soap and shampoo, and Stolen Church coffee beans. We were right across from the hot springs, and Fairmont ski hill which was an awesome family hill. There was a washer and dryer in the unit, and we were able to dry our wet mitts a few times when needed. Everything went as expected, and we would certainly return.
