The second ground floor apartment is with his 70 square meters a spacious apartment. It is a brand new space, since its interior has been fully decorated, furnished, equipped and designed for the exclusive use of the guests. The apartment can easily accommodate up to 5 persons.
This apartment has been carefully designed and allows the guests the possibility to enjoy from the well differentiated spaces within the same space. This differentiating element distinguishes the flat from the other.
You enter the flat from the side, having its private entrance. You come immediately in the spacious living area and open plan kitchen that is fully equipped. The panoramic balcony door provides the living and kitchen area with wonderful sea views. Dining table with according chairs is available. The couch can be converted to a comfortable king size sofa bed.
At the right side of the flat is a single elongated space. In the middle is a comfortable cough that can easily be transformed to a king single sleeping place.
At the end of the corridor at the left side you enter the generous bedroom with double bed and huge wardrobe. The panoramic balcony door leads to the back balcony. From the bedroom and the back balcony you can enjoy the wonderful Mountain View.
The bathroom is at the other side of the corridor. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin as well as a washing machine.
Outdoor furniture is provided to fully enjoy the various back and front private outdoor areas.

Morgens vor dem Frühstück ins Meer

Direkt am Meer über die im Oktober wenig befahrene Straße und Promenade ins Meer. Guter Standort mit drei guten Tavernen fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ort Tymbaki ca. 3 km entfernt hat gute Bäckereien, Obstläden, Metzgereien und Supermärkte. Einen Mitwagen würde ich empfehlen, um die Umgebung zu genießen. Die Strände Agio Georgos, Triopetra, Agiofarago, Maha können wir auch zum Schnorcheln empfehlen (30 bis 50 min entfernt). Die Vermieterin Eleni ist sehr nett und hilfreich.

Very nice Place with Perfect sea view

Unfortunately we had to leave After three days due to a deathfall. But the Time we spend there was really nice. The appartment is total new and Lovely decorated. To the Beach is just 20 metres. As we traveled with a two years Old Boy we got playtoys and all we needed for him. Just Butter knifes Need to be added, but as The flat is new i am pretty sure more will be come. We will definitaly come back. Thanks for the stay
