Off the beaten track nestling on the South Creake border and within a 10- mile drive to the coast at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham bay, you’ll find our cluster of converted barns; family friendly cottages and first-class amenities. The barns are surrounded by beautiful peaceful countryside thronging with wildlife.

A great place where there is something for everyone; extensive gardens overlooked by the cottages’ private patios, an indoor games room, 2 all-weather tennis courts and the gorgeous high-ceilinged sparkling luxury indoor heated pool. With some of the best Norfolk beaches and attractions on our doorstep you can take your time, relax and soak up the wonderful natural surroundings. If you weren’t into bird and nature watching before you arrived, there’s a good chance you will be by the time you leave. To get you started there’s loads of local wildlife information in the games room.

The single-story barns have retained much of their original character, with bright open plan living spaces with lofty open roof trusses and natural painted brick walls. The whole place has a laid-back feel where spaces have been designed to suit young families and grand parents alike. Well- equipped kitchens with dishwashers make family mealtimes a breeze and in the summer there is always the barbecue! The living area has comfy sofas and a smart TV where you can catch up on Netflix and your favourite TV stations. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, either a king-sized bedroom for parents with space for a travel cot or a twin bedroom with two three-foot single beds. There is a family bathroom with bath over bath shower W.C. and wash basin.

Outside, there is a private patio area extending to the fully enclosed west facing lawned garden which creates a safe place for children to work off some energy and make new friends. The patio area is immediately outside the cottage, and hosts garden furniture with seating for four guests plus a charcoal barbecue. There is ample parking on the hard standing area opposite to the main entrance to the courtyards. The lower north car park features an electric vehicle charging point.

Owl Cottage is ideal for a couples or a small family. This area of North Norfolk offers endless walks in nature, cycling on offroad tracks to the coast, pretty villages, the glorious coastline with expansive sandy beaches, and marshes teeming with bird life.
