What We Love
Paradise awaits at this beautiful and extraordinary 40-acre estate! This splendid mountain-view retreat enjoys an utterly remote location nestled on the east slope of Mitchell Hill - right in the middle of the woods! However, you will still find incredible attractions within a short drive, including downtown Preston and Fall City, The Raging River, Snoqualmie Casino, Snoqualmie Lower Falls, Poo Poo Point Trailhead, Duthie Hill Mountain Bike Park, Tree House Point (from the famous TV show Tree House Masters ), Snoqualmie Falls, Salish Lodge, Marymoor Live, and Summit Central - The Summit At Snoqualmie.
This captivating lodge-style custom home offers rooms of great dimension, warm-toned colors, and slate flooring throughout. The spacious open floor plan boasts cathedral ceilings, exposed wooden pole beams, and wall-to-wall windows flooding the entire place with natural light and fantastic vistas. The one-of-a-kind great room is perfect for large gatherings with its comfortable furniture, gorgeous wood-burning fireplace, and large smart TV with streaming services. The terrific kitchen is a chef's playground with modern appliances and all the utensils needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and feasts. The extensive dining table beside the kitchen allows you to host entertaining dinners and even board game nights! From here, you can easily access the expansive pool-view deck, which offers the ultimate barbecue spot with a built-in gas grill and an outdoor dining area. There is also a welcoming lounge where you can unwind and chill with your loved ones. This level also enjoys a primary suite with a cozy studio/library, stone fireplace, deck access, views, and a lavish en suite bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub.
The lower level hosts a secluded living area with a smart TV and three additional bedrooms. Here, you can find easy access to the backyard - a stone pathway will lead you straight to the private heated pool with an attached pool spa and a pool slide to keep you cool and refreshed during your stay! Pool heat is billed per day.
The home also boasts a private and secluded second-floor studio-like retreat with a kitchenette (mini-fridge, stove, oven, and sink), a seating area, a treadmill, an en suite bathroom, marvelous tree-lined views, and a private deck with seating.
