Salt air, sunlight and soft sand are waiting for you just steps from the luxury ocean front condo in Falmouth Heights. Located at 286 Grand Avenue this 3 BED 3.5 BATH unit has a private deck overlooking the water. A two floor condo located on the second floor there is elevator access from the parking garage/beach. This unit features an ensuite master bedroom with a king bed, an ensuite guest room with a king bed and another guest room with a bunk bed with double beds. Included in the rental are two reserved parking spaces in the underground parking garage beneath the building. Outside you will find the property's private beach and an outdoor shower to rinse off after enjoying the warm Vineyard Sound water. Unit has central AC, cable TV in the living room and Smart TVs in the rest of the unit. Located in the building there is a fabulous full service restaurant serving dinner nightly with both indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy an oceanfront meal without having to leave the property!
4 night minimum stays for the whole 2025 season. All linens and towels are included. No pets, please. No smoking in the unit. Prices subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

This property is great for gatherings and families. Very large spacious downstairs floor plan. The condo is drenched with sunshine and ocean sounds. Limited kitchen supplies, condiments, and toiletries.Great location for beach, shopping, and restaurants.and toiletries.

Beautiful location

Everything was awesome. Adam was great to communicate with! Please note, in terms of salt, pepper shampoo, etc. There was nothing the bunk beds were very firmthere.
