The house consists of a beautiful living room comprising a lounge with comfortable sofa and armchair and a television (with only the major national channels) thus allowing you to not miss your favourite TV movies or an important sporting event. The dining area, with its large table, will enable you to share convivial meals while admiring the view of the garden. The independent kitchen, fully equipped, has everything necessary to prepare delicious meals: vitroceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you might need. It also has a table allowing you to enjoy your breakfasts in the immediate vicinity of the toaster and coffee machine.



Outside, you can enjoy a fenced garden, where you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy outdoor meals thanks to the barbecue and spend good moments together during the long summer days. The calm and surrounding greenery add an undeniable charm to this ideal place to recharge.

Maison très bien placée dans le village carte postale de Fanlac, à proximité des sites touristiques du Périgord noir. Excellente communication avec Hoomy pour l'entrée et la sortie du logement. Nois avons séjourné dans la maison au moment d'une canicule, ce qui transformait les 2 chambres sous les toits en sauna, mais nous nous sommes repliés à l'étage du bas qui restait relativement frais. Le jardin est très appréciable pour diner ou jouer. La cuisine est très bien équipée, ce qui est agréable pour cuisiner.
