Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees. Bathing jetty, bathing place. In the complex: sauna (extra). Available: canoe, boat (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 9 km, supermarket 12 km, bus stop 2.3 km, railway station "Uddevalla" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 325 km, grass beach 15 m, lake Långhalmen 15 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, fishing possibilities 15 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any groups. Private mooring. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
