My first evening I listened to a large dog barking in the room next to me non-stop for over 4 hours. And had 6-8 kids, 5-10yrs old, running up and down the hallway while their parents had fun downstairs which was probably causing the dog to bark! After 2 Complaints ( 2nd one I had thrown everything in my bags and went downstairs to either be Moved or to leave all together but they said they would take care of them the situation)(I wasn’t the only one) management took care of the situation. I was so tired the next day (I had been up since 2am day before) that I was Dragging all day. Felt miserable.
Other than that, it was good. The staff was very nice even with the dog/kid issues.

Room was very clean and bed very comfy. But boy was it loud! Heard every footstep (more like thuds, repeatedly) from room above and in the hall. Breakfast was adequate but cold. Front desk staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Everything was good except the hot tub. It was not even warm.
Will probably pick another motel with a better working hot tub.
