I was charged for a poolside room and given a room that wasn't poolside. The difference in the price was about $10 which isn't much but this isn't the first time this has happened. Then I was charged another $22.77 for having a pet which I didn't have. They are supposed to refund the charge but it hasn't happened yet. I'm satisfied with the motel which I stay at quite often but it wasn't without a hassle.

Room nice, breakfast poor

The room was clean and the bed comfortable . The breakfast food was not hot. All 3 coffee pots empty around 9a on the weekend. 2 people asked for coffee but waited a long time. They finished their breakfast and was still waiting. The lady kept getting calls to come to front desk. I and another guest asked for more waffle batter. Never got it. Breakfast was served till 9:30 and it was about 9:10a. They need a second person. The pool chairs were in bad shape.

The various hallways and sets of steps were a bit confusing as far as finding the pool. The woman who prepared and set up breakfast was extremely kind and helpful. The big vacuum and hose was is the pool while we were swimming so I had to keep an even more watchful eye on the child I was with as he swam in the deep end. We slept well on comfy beds and there was no excess or loud noise from others. Very convenient and everywhere I was going was within 1 or 2 miles of this hotel. I would stay there again next year.

This is fine of you just want to sleep and go (which was our plan). The TV did not work, room smells musty, door key card reader does not work. Overall needs updates but it was clean.

This property does not meet the standards of Baymont by Wyndham. It is an old rundown hotel/motel in rough condition with minimal staff. We had moldy sheets, worn out bedding, towels and furniture. Will definitely do more research before ever choosing something like this again.
