Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
What a dump! Filthy inside and out, no banisters, stained sheets covering disgusting futon/sofa. Garbage piled outside the door, rats running behind the bins, keys left in the door so anyone could come in. Zero communication from host and no help from Vrbo/expedia. Entrance in a back alley with broken cars and no lighting. Could not stay here. Had to go to last minute hotel

Stay at Crondal

The staff was helpful, courteous & responsive to our needs. However it was cold there & I was not instructed on how to turn on the heat until after a freezing night I had to ask. On the same day there was no hot water and I was told to restart it, which I didn’t know how. The manager came to the apartment & showed me how to start the heater & reset the water heater. This information would help on the first day of my stay, either verbally or in writing.
