This tranquil cottage may be off the beaten path but there's plenty to see and do. Bring your water toys and unwind while you fish, crab & boat from the private dock. Explore the Northern Neck, hit up a seafood festival or soak up the sun on the deck
💙 From the minute you step into the atrium, you are drawn into the open concept living area with expansive water views. Sliding glass doors lead to the waterfront deck overlooking a large back yard and the river. Enjoy the screened in gazebo or hang out on the dock.
❤️ My home is lived in and loved. It is not a sterile, impersonal rental nor is it "flawless". If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge it is perfect.
❌ SMOKING: Smoking, vaping, dipping or 420 is not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or out.
