The staff in this hotel is incredible. Right from reception to cleaning staff to restaurant staff everyone services with a smile. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms are incredible - sound proof, aesthetic and spacious. We absolutely loved our stay and will come back. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The pool side was super with great food and beverage service offering inside comfortable seating st there terrace restaurant. We had a superior room and our balcony was with plenty of room. Seating could benefit from soft cushions and/or offer sun lounger for the larger balconies. The constant supply of water for our fridge was very much appreciated. Breakfast was a feast in their main dining area, so much lovely and high quality choices. Hostess seating service for breakfast was a little slow as they disappear for a little while and left us wodering where or when we would be seated. The staff were polite and efficient with a special mention to Ricardo on conciege. He goes the extra mile to assist! Fully recommend this hotel.

What a fabulous hotel!! Tucked down a side street off one of the pretty cobbled streets in the old part of the city. We were blown away by the decor, welcome, level of service and luxury. I was sorry to leave and will certainly return. Truly a 5 star experience. Thank you!

A wonderful hotel!

This hotel was such a joy to stay at! We had never heard of the 3HB group, but don't let that put you off as this hotel was wonderful. Don't expect fabulous views, but if you want luxury stay here!

Very good location. Close to old town. Very friendly staff. The rooms are amazing. The rooftop restaurant and infinity pool are lovely. The indoor pool is also a nice size. Breakfast was lovely with buffet for all cold items which were extensive and also had included an a la carte for cooked food. Will definitely return
