A new apartment in an historical building, recently renovated and refurbished in the city center. You couldn't ask for a better location!

It will be a few minutes away from all the boats for the beaches and boat tours, a lot of restaurants and local stores!



This duplex apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, a seating area where you can relax, a dining area, two bathrooms with shower, a full equipped kitchen and a balcony.

There is also a mezzanine with a king size bed, and some light comes in.



We provide free Wifi, A/C and Cable TV.

The property was spacious and well appointed . Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I must note that the shower floors in both were very slippery and there are no hand rails . Caution required! The kitchen was beautiful with smeg small appliances and Bosch for the large ones. They could use some oven mitts and some oven friendly cookware. There were lots of utensils and dishes, mugs and glasses. The location is great. A short walk to the marina and many great restaurants just down the street. The pool was ok. Not the cleanest and very shallow, about only a metre deep. No pool towels were supplied Big bonus for an old building was the elevators!
