The property’s location was great and lots of places to eat around the hotel. The hotel is old and needs some maintenance. The paint was chipped in the bathroom and it was very dark at night in the room. Needs more lighting.

By far the best place to stay in Fayetteville. Walk to the square or Dickson Street. Take the bus to sporting events or a short uber ride. Great restaurants, bars, the farmer’s market, etc. Never search for AirBnBs. If you are going to Fayetteville keep it simple and just book it every time. Everything it has to offer in its location far surpasses the savings you might get at a chain hotel out of the way off busy streets.

The hotel was super cute, from the decor in the lobby to the decor in the rooms. The girl who checked us in was very friendly and very helpful. I told her what were doing in the area and she made us a list of different vintage stores we needed to check out.

stay was good. only issue was when I was checking in my rental car was scratched. another driver must have hit the car and took off. no one saw it and they do not have a security camera installed. So their doorman should have been more attentive during check in time. nice hotel otherwise
