Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of the Texas countryside - a modern farmhouse set on 18 peaceful acres, just minutes from downtown Fayetteville and 15 miles from the Round Top Antiques Fair. Designed with clean lines and subtle 1970s inspiration, the home features light-filled interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic views of rolling hills and endless skies.

Ideal for star gazers, antique hunters, remote workers, nature lovers, or city dwellers needing to recharge.

The space
This home features 2 bedrooms - one bedroom on the ground floor and a lofted bedroom above - and a full bathroom. The galley kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an induction stove, and is stocked with a range of cookware. The spacious deck features a covered area, ceiling fan, comfortable outdoor seating, and stunning sunset views. There is also an 8' cowboy pool and covered deck.
