Great place to stay. Thanks for having coffee supplies; that is a nice touch! The use of a garage is wonderful! It is a three story, so beware if climbing stairs is hard for you. Overall, the layout of the house is great with the bedrooms being on the top floor. It had everything we needed. Thanks!

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Being able to park in the garage was nice. There’s some noise from the nearby freeway, but that’s to be expected being so close. Check-in was smooth and hassle free.

We were in town to move our son in at UARK. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay! The condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed! Beds were SO comfy and ac was nice and cool. Kelly was very sweet, very communicative and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back.*Just a heads up that the entrance to the property really sneaks up on you and there arent signs...we missed it the 1st time (there are 2 entrances and we missed both lol) and had to loop back around. This was on US of course and it only happened that 1st time, but thought it was worth mentioning so others know to take it slow and avoid having to backtrack :)*Highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting UArk!

We really enjoyed our time in this property. It fit our needs perfectly with two moms and daughters visiting to see the university. The property was clean, convenient, well stocked, roomy and had very comfortable beds and bedding. Communication with the owner was super helpful and check in and out clear and seamless. The area is beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely rent again if we’re back!

Very nice stay in Fayetteville. Great area to visit. Fayetteville is also a great mid point for daytrips to other areas like Eureka Springs. The townhouse was exactly as described and had evwrything we needed. There was some highway noise that might affect very light sleepers, but we were fine.
