Tranquil & Safe Lake Home-great for families

Close to Trilith (ex Pinewood) Studios, ON A LAKE!!!!, beautiful views and very peaceful. Expect some wildlife. A newer family home. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms .Huge king master & two single bedrooms on first floor with Separate queen bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs- Full size bunks in one room (designed for kids) plus full sized bed and small sofa in the other.
The lake is literally in the back yard.Enjoy your coffee on the patio to get your day going or a sundowner with a view to wind down and relax. Washer/Dryer, blender/hair dryer etc plus Internet/Cable TV wifi. Child friendly.All major shops super close, the world is your oyster. Gyms, supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants all within 3-5 minutes drive.
Strictly no smoking inside.
Please treat our home with respect and love as you would your home. You are welcome to use anything that is there. Family friendly but sadly no pets please.
Allow 20-30 minutes from Atlanta airport.
We accept reservations 3 months in advance for your convenience and ours. This assists in less cancellations and penalties. ENJOY!!!

Property is lovely, spacious, beautiful surroundings. Check in was easy. WiFi and TVs worked as they should. There was an emergency plumbing problem that the owner called us about before we arrived and gave us the option of staying elsewhere for the first night or staying there without the ability to run much water, flush, etc. We opted to stay there because the party with children weren’t arriving until after midnight. The problem was fixed by 10 or so the next morning and everything worked fine after that. The owner was 5-star for communicating and dealing with a tough situation. The only reason I marked 4-star overall is the outside trash cans were overflowing, and there was an odor of trash in the garage, and we couldn’t find any tools for the grill.

We recently rented this beautiful home for our Thanksgiving vacation. The spacious interior provided ample room for our family to relax, socialize, and enjoy quality time together.One of the standout features of this rental was the exceptional communication with the owner. From the initial inquiry to the final checkout, the owner was incredibly responsive, addressing all our questions and concerns in a timely manner.The home itself was well equipped to meet our needs, with a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and amenties for entertainment. The atmosphere of the home felt like the perfect blend of comfort, style, and relaxation – exactly what we needed for a memorable family gathering.

Family reunion

Great place to stay. View from back of house was very peaceful. Geese, ducks and deer were seen frequently in back yard leading to small lake. Rooms very large. Mom, children & grandchildren had plenty of space to be comfortable and play. Definitely 5 star.

Home away from home

The owner is friendly and has great communication. The house is more impressive than the pictures showed. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious it was. Washer and dryer were easy to use. We slept great. The beds are comfortable. The back had many birds and we also saw a turtle walking by. I recommend this home. I would rent it again.

spacious and lovely view out back

Good property and location. Happy with facilities and service thanks. Good neighbourhood, no worries about safety. Lots of amenities and restaurants in Fayetteville or nearby PTC. Used public tennis courts and swimming pools at Glenloch, Kedron and Kiwanis. Also check out new Spivey splash water park at Jonesboro. Bring binoculars there is wildlife to see around the lake at back of property.

Would never stay here again

Disgustingly filthy home with months worth of thick dust, dirt & sticky floors, poop in 1 toilet, hair all over all bathroom toilets, floors & shower plus broken plastic bits of something inside master shower (could have stepped on!), hair & chunks of toothpaste in bathroom drawers, loads of leftover trash in most bedroom & kitchen drawers & closets, food chunks throughout fridge, freezer & oven, trash left all over 3 bedroom floors, spider webs hanging from living room lights, stinky mould in washer, broken fridge water dispenser, filthy windows & window sills, money found under master bed, no garbage disposal. We entered this filthy house to find the heater blasting & indoor temp registered at 90 degrees! Why!? Wifi name & password given were both 100% wrong. No local news & weather channels. Must have your own Netflix, etc account (we do) to watch TV. Note: The house has high ceilings, no carpet in common areas & little furniture which equals nice looking but loud echoing effect & impossible to sleep well but beautiful lake view though. The view was the only nice thing about this nightmare of a house

Great place for Families

Great location! Very close to downtown Fayetteville and also close to the schools and playgrounds. Great place to stay with kids especially. Property very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. Owners were very flexible and communicative as well. They were very quick and helpful with any issues that came up. The backyard was also amazing too, hard to beat a lake view. Would no doubt stay here again if my family was ever returning to Fayetteville.

This house was exactly what we were looking for to spend time as a family. I loved having coffee on the back porch each morning while enjoying the native wildlife. The kitchen was fantastic to cook family dinner in. I absolutely loved the double ovens!!

Awesome place with minor issues

This home was a gem. We loved the area which was surprisingly quiet and serene. There were minor issues we faced that we addressed with Trudy. Trudy was quick and remedied a safety issue we had immediately. This location was very secure and peaceful.. If you stay in this house, you instantly feel like wanting to own it and give it TLC. Also please don't trash this house! We could tell that prior long term tenants neglected the property. I wish the cleaners would do a better job and the maintenance man would put a nice coat of paint in the interior and fix the minor issues. She was unable to fix some other minor issues which were out of her control. Even with the issues, I would still stay in this house again. That is how much we enjoyed it and how the minor issues were overshadowed by our good experiences. Trudy keep pushing! You got a great property.

Gorgeous property

The home is absolutely beautiful. The back porch that overlooks the lake was my favorite spot. I enjoyed the scenery with all the ducks and geese. At night the sounds of the frogs and wildlife was just what was needed away from the busy city. The owners were quick to respond. We will be back again in the future.

Home away from home

I had a wonderful time here! The place and location was beautiful. I even got to know the local wildlife. There was no problems with checking in or checking out. Christmas in Fayetteville

I have one concern 4 bedrooms but one room no bed just a mattress on the floor and a futon. Luckily we didn't need to utilize that room otherwise it could have been a bigger problem. Home is clean and close to everytime.
