Step outside to your 2 private uncovered terraces and large sun deck, perfect for admiring stunning sunsets and unwinding while surrounded by water. The beach is just an 8-minute walk away, inviting you to enjoy swimming and peaceful walks along the shore.
Parking is available both at the property and on the street. Up to 2 dogs are welcome to accompany you. Events are not permitted on the property. Public transportation is accessible, and an EV charger is located within a 5-minute walk. A shared tennis court is available for active guests. The town center of Burg with shopping opportunities is 4 km away, while numerous activities await including cycling, boating, SUP, and nature walks.
