GORGEOUS NEW Fenwick Island Duplex with views of LIGHTHOUSE COVE

Brand new construction for 2023, gorgeous 4 bedroom/4 bath duplex townhome with views of Lighthouse Cove in Fenwick Island.

Relax on Fenwick Island, only minutes from Ocean City, MD. This brand new construction house features wood plank flooring, high ceilings, upgraded fixtures and a chefs kitchen. The two lower levels feature all 4 bedrooms. The top floor features the open kitchen, living and dining room to take advantage of the Lighthouse Cove views. The first floor features the entry foyer and one of two primary bedrooms with en suite bath and patio. On the second floor, you'll find the second primary bedroom with en suite bath and balcony, two bedrooms and a full hall bathroom with shower/tub combination. The laundry is also located on the second level.

The third level is an open floor plan with the chef kitchen, island that seats 6 and dining area. The great room with large sectional and flat screen tv is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The 3rd floor balcony has views of Lighthouse Cove.

The rooftop deck on the 4th level has incredible sunset views of Lighthouse Cove.

The two car garage is great for beach toys and storage. 8 beach chairs are provided. Linens are not provided in this rental.

Very spacious and great location. Easy walk to beach and stores restaurants in Fenwick Island. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Access very easy right of lighthouse rd. Unit excellent set up with TVs in each bedroom and comfortable sectional couch. Would rent again and highly recommend.

Couldn't say more about the location, cleanliness of homes, and all the amazing things available in the house for us to enjoy. We had board games, cards, and fully stocked kitchen! Great time - literally one of the best vacations I've ever had.

Beautiful space

Our family had a great experience even after a small issue at check-in(which was handled right away by the host). The only thing missing from the description of the property was the linens are not included, but that didn't stop us from having a great time!

Fantastic Stay!

Our group of 8 had a great time staying in this condo while in Fenwick. Excellent location, as it's walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Very well stocked kitchen had everything we needed, including nice cookware. Beds were comfy, AC worked really well even when the temperature hit 90 for several consecutive days. Loved hanging out on the rooftop deck - great sunset views! Major bonus is that this unit supplied beach chairs for our entire group so we didn't need to bring our own. I would rebook this unit in a heartbeat!

Love this place!

We loved our stay here. Great for 2 families with the two primary suites. Great location and view. Kitchen was well stocked but we ate out most nights. We will definitely be back next year!

Great family vacation spot

We had a great time at this house. My family of 4 stayed here for a week and we had plenty of space. Great location, close to everything we need and love including Harpoon Hannahs, mini golf and go carts are just a few houses down at the end of the street. We will be back next year!

Great location & house

We loved the house with the massive kitchen and living area on the top level. It was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. The views of the Cove and marsh area were wonderful. We spent a lot of time on the roof top deck at night when the sun went down. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a blast. We will definitely book again!
