Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We are conveniently located on the main business street of the beautiful city of Fergus Falls! Shopping and dining experiences are literally just outside the apartment door! This upper level apartment faces north and is a quiet sanctuary that will allow you to relax and enjoy your stay! If you like to explore, the city River Walk is less than a block away and Lake Alice offers a wonderful walking tour year round!

Guest access
The apartment is located above our retail furniture store on the Main Street of our city. A designated overnight parking spot is available behind the furniture store.
Other things to note
The bathroom is accessed by walking through the second, smaller bedroom.

The place was spotless.The host were friendly and spoke with us as we were leaving. Lots of extras for our use if needed. Shampoos and other things that showed they went above and beyond for their guests. Great place!

Quaint and comfy!

I really enjoyed my stay at this unit, it was comfortable and clean. It is older as it is upstairs of a furniture store, with that said, it was quaint, quiet, and pleasant! I had some confusion at check in at where entrance was, and Kim was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend this spot.

The accommodations provided more than I needed, but still cost less than other places with less to offer. Access to the property is a bit cumbersome, but once inside it was comfortable.

Perfection with a touch of humor!

My groom of 25 years and I stayed for four days and loved it. The 25 stairs up were daunting at first but well lit and had a handrail! The apartment was clean and decorated with a wonderful touch of humor! We yold all of our local friends so might not be available!

Our Visit

Uptown Living #2 was wonderful. I was confused a little and had trouble finding the right door. But once I realized the entry was from the front, it was all a breeze to access. This was a spacious place. It was a quiet area. I would not hesitate to return!! I have to say that for me, I loved the used bookstore across the street. This was a wonderful surprise.
