Séjour sur weekend prolongé
Parties communes peu accueillantes. Appartement convenable mais les finissions sont à revoir. L'état et la propreté de la vaisselle aussi (tasses cassées). Luminaires avec fils apparents et lumiÚres clignotantes, ambiance discothÚque =D. Autre souci, un seul toilette pour cette capacité d'accueil... Location assez chÚre pour emplacement et état général...
Heureusement les 2 contacts qui nous avions étaient disponibles et certains de ces soucis ont été signalés.
Nous avons tout de mĂȘme passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, mĂȘme si le logement se trouve en bord de route mais peu de circulation en soirĂ©e.

Quelle déception !!
Appartement prévu pour 12 personnes alors que :
8 chaises, pas assez de verre, couvert, assiette, tasses (cassées pour la plupart), Canapé 5 personnes, etc.
Pas de sac poubelle ni poubelle de tri.
Pas de spot dans la salle de bain.
SÚche serviette pas branché.
Radiateur bloqué au silicone.
Aucune info sur les poubelles, le fonctionnement de la TV, les radiateurs bloqués, pas de détecteur de fumée, des fils électriques apparents,
Aucun document dâĂ©tat des lieux, pas dâinventaire de matĂ©riel, AUCUN commerce, le seul Ă©tait fermĂ© sur les dates de notre sĂ©jour.
Aucun contrĂŽle aprĂšs chaque vacancier.
Le mobilier est vétuste, la plupart abßmé,
Quand on est arrivĂ©, il y avait du linge Ă©tendu partout, sur les portes, fenĂȘtres, table, etc.
On nâĂ©tait pas attendu et la dame qui sâoccupe du logement nâĂ©tait pas au courant de notre venue.
Câest lâĂ©piciĂšre qui nous a expliquĂ© le fonctionnement du logement et comment rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s dans un bal non identifiĂ©e (3), etc.
Une fois arrivĂ©, on a Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© dâappeler Abritel pendant 15' pour avoir les renseignements et pour pouvoir rentrer dedans. Digne d'un escape game.
Impossible de contacter la propriétaire qui encaisse son argent mais ne se soucie aucunement de son logement.
Attention, lâannonce nâest pas dâactualitĂ©, il faut aller 15 kms plus loin pour faire ses courses et acheter du pain.
Les informations nous ont été données par des gens du village. Aucun commerçant. (Photos)
Un parking en contrebas conseillé par les voisins.
Les indications sur l'annonce sont celle de la mairie.
J'ai des photos si besoin.
AccÚs sur le bord d'une départementale fréquentée et trÚs dangereuse pour les enfants. AUCUN COMMERCE A MOINS DE 15 KMS. A fuir.

Logement trĂšs spacieux ! Brigitte : co -hĂŽte est trĂšs sympa et toujours dispo pour les locataires !
Logement trÚs spacieux ! Avec le linge de maison fourni : nous n avons que nos valises à poser à l arrivé !!! La boulangerie et la supérette sont à 2 pas ! Le boulanger est trÚs agréable et le pain frais au petit déjeuner est trÚs apprécié ! Il y a aussi plusieurs départs de randonnées au centre bourg : trÚs bien balisés ! Et pour la location : rapport qualité prix : difficile de trouver mieux !!!
2 petits points négatifs : le canapé n est pas adapté au nombre de personnes et le miroir au dessus du lavabo qui n est pas branché !
