The house was energetically renovated in 2021. It is equipped with a solar system and energy storage. The natural stone heaters installed in the apartment are powered by the self-produced electricity, the temperature is controlled automatically. In the whole apartment there are W-LAN and LAN connections with up to 90MBit/s transmission speed.
The apartment, modernized in 2021, can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a fitted kitchen with stove, oven dishwasher, small appliances and a fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and hairdryer. In the bedroom there is a double bed 180x200 with a large closet. In the study there is a sofa with sleep function and a corner desk with office chair. In the living room there is a sofa with sleep function, a flat screen TV with internet and satellite connection, also a dining table with 5 chairs.

Feucht is a market in the Middle Franconian district of Nürnberger Land and is located directly adjacent to the southeastern outskirts of Nuremberg. The market Feucht has many sights, among others the worldwide unique museums "Zeidelmuseum", "Hermann-Oberth-Raumfahrt-Museum" and the Ludwig-Danube-Main-Canal.
