The Garden Apartment is one of our most popular properties, It is a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor apartment, complete with parking for two cars. Just a five minute walk to the seafront/beach and just a five minute flat walk into town.
The Space:
The apartment features a lovely and spacious living area that provides a delightful view of the garden, creating a serene atmosphere. It includes a TV and a gas fireplace, ensuring warmth and comfort during your stay, complemented by central heating throughout.
You will find two well-appointed double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities. One bedroom boasts a modern bathroom equipped with a bath, while the other includes a convenient shower room. Bed linen is provided for your comfort.
The dining area is perfect for meals, furnished with a table and four chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and a washer dryer, making it easy to prepare and enjoy your favourite dishes.
Outside, you have a private parking space for two cars, as well as access to a large wrap-around garden that’s exclusively for your use. This apartment’s fantastic location allows for a leisurely two-minute walk to Crescent Gardens and the town, and a short five-minute stroll to the beach.
