Hotel on its way downhill, but nice and clean. Only one of the front doors work. Difficulty communicating with the front desk personnel. Ice machine out of order. Carpet in room is worn thru.... BUT The room was clean and the bed linens were new. Shower was nice and clean and the ac worked great. Breakfast was adequate with fruit and waffles. For the price I would recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning worked well. The property exterior was very Un-Artractive, unappealing. Regarding room - the rooms I saw were clean and nicely decorated. Much nicer then expected and quiet. You just need to over look the very bad curb appeal.

More good than bad

I keep meaning to tell you guys that the bed in room 107 is sagging at the bottom. I love that its a handicap room with shower chair, but my goodness its noisy. Probably my least favorite room because of that. Its right next to the outside exit door, so people coming in and out make the room pretty noisy. So from now on, ive got to remeber i like room #120 better. I also left a pillow on my last visit, and was happy that they still had it when i returned.

Dirty, rude staff

The room looks nothing like the website. Staff at check in did not greet us at all, just asked to see ID. It was difficult to understand the password for WiFi and it isn’t written down for you. The floor was dirty in bathroom, definitely yellow and not a stain. “Breakfast” was bread and a toaster, DIY waffle and cold cereal. There was an envelope in the room with writing on the envelope “tip for housekeeping” I’m not leaving tip for a dirty room.

Check in was easy and staff was helpful and friendly. This is an older building and needs some TLC. The electrical outlets are worn and plugs nearly fall out when plugged in. There were no USB charging ports. Bathroom was nice with a good shower,athough the sink hot water stopped being hot. Nice sized television with lots of shows to choose from. Parking lot and areas around the hotel need to improved. It was quiet in our room on the back side. The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast - appreciated that.
